Castle of Dreams

Ardently fostered castle of dreams,
Once built on a silver stretch of sand
Nurtured by the hands of hope
Wrecked by the blustery wind of time
Disintegrates in a twinkling.
Swept away by the rolling billows
Stolen by the wild ocean
Immerses in the indefinite depth
To get embedded in the ocean floor.
Nevertheless new castles of desire
Form over and over again
On the desolate shore of mind.

A Note to the Mountain

Standing at your foot
My whispers touch you and rebound.
Every fold of rock leads to your story of endurance.
Your mines and tunnels hold
The mystery of your eternal existence.
Crevices dig deep into your skin
Revealing the wounds and struggles.
Your ridges stand undivided
Singing a song of serenity.
The slender spring emanates from you
Vanishing soon into the green shadow
Of valley and the towering trees.
Let your slopes remain unsullied
That you seek to be untouched.
